back to update about some random stuff!
1. 25th june- the day i attended 2 bday parties!
at first it was quite worrying cos the 2 bday parties have diff themes, and i v lazy to bring clothes to change. lol. bin's theme is creamy and ys's blue. lucky bin's one allows creamy accessories/shoes or anything creamy tt u haf on you/brought along. so i wore a blue dress n brought a cream flower hairband which i put on my neck. (cos i think its too cute to be worn on the head.) hahaha. so settled! =)
ohh, i looked kinda cui after bin's party cos my make-up smudged and my fake eye-lashes were coming off. haha. i forgot to bring some of the make-up so i was quite despo at clementi mall- the place where i tried to salvage my looks. lol. so i went BHG's make up counter, they told me have to book appt and need to have min purchase of wadeva..
next stop, body shop! at first they told me $40, den they say make-up artist going to knock off liao. so i explained my situation (and act pitiful abit, LOL) this kind lady said she'll help me make up for freeeeee... hahaha..i was so grateful to her! and tt explains the different make-up i had tt nite!
anw, its really nice to meet up wif classmates and ppl frm other classes tt u havent seen in a while. i wonder after all the 21st bday parties this year, when will be the next time we meet up wif these ppl alrdy..

2. ohhh, i ended work at Robinsons on MONDAYYYY.. hahaha. i had been counting down since like last 10 day of work. can u seee how much i love my job? haha. anw, i'll miss my friendly colleagues and the nice toilet where i slacked at once in a while. hahaha. i've made a few mistakes here n there and im very glad tt these mistakes didnt become major issue cos the customers were nice to let it go. i cant imagine if they were to complain to superior, wad will happen to me.. haha.

Here are some incidents and tings tt i learnt frm work:
1. u really had to let go if one stupiak customer scold u or wadeva cos it'll affect yr mood and attitude towards other customers. tt's sth i still cant manage. i like how my colleagues tok nicely to difficult customers and after they left, a string of vulgarities come out. haha. total contrast. LOL.

2. there's this customer who left her number in the voicemail telling us to call her back. However, when my colleague called her back, she wasnt available. And so, my colleague told whoever on the phone tt "tell Ms blah blah blah tt Robinsons called her alrdy" and she striked tt voicemail msg off from the log book. zai or wad...hahaha.

3. got this stupiak china customer tok very loud to me! TMDDD. she kept saying tt she's right when it's NOT. i hate this kind of feeling man. i tell u, u dun believe me.. den wad u wan me to dooo.. damn helpless. even other customers have to help me to explain. but still no use la.. irritating!

4. I tink i m good at counting vouchers and stamping the expiry dates for the vouchers. hahah. like a fast now.. and yea, suffered quite a bit of paper cuts tooo...

ohh, the HR asked if i wanna extend my contract to the end of july. i stared at the calendar and rejected her. haha. my bday party is 2 days from now, i dun wanna spend my actual bday working, i have xlb outing, bro's convocation and yh's bday celeb.. i tink they will bu shuang me if i take so many days off. but when i told my dad, he asked "y dun wanna extend?' -.-

and i sayy goodbye to robinsons at raffles city. no more customer service job for me. haha.

and my bro's graduating on 26th julyyy! im so excited for him! more excited than my bday. hahaaha.. but he said wan to wait for me den go for graduation photoshoot..hmm....
anw, im kinda looking forward to my bday celeb, but some part of me isnt.. nonetheless, i shall be a happy gal tt day. =)
